Zbaltazar's apartment is a location in the Slums in Stray.
The door is not accessible to the Cat or B-12, so it must be entered through the roof vent, which requires removing the Electrical Box. Swanito starts sitting next to it in Chapter 6: The Slums - Part 2.
Apartment must then be exited through a window hidden behind a scratchable window-blind.
In a pile of Boxes by the door is Zbaltazar's Notebook. To obtain it, the Cat must jump onto the stack of boxes to knock it over.
