Vapora is a Companion in The Slums in Stray. She is tossing paint cans to another robot called Mito.
Cat can interact with Vapora (does not count as nuzzling), which starts a quicktime event where, if the Cat meows at the right point, Vapora will accidentally drop one of the paint cans. This is hard to do wrong, but can still may be retried as necessary, if the first attempt fails.
The paint can then will spill its contents in front of the doorway of Super Spirit Laundry, where Kosma is working, and Vapora may no longer be interacted with, though she can still be spoken with.
This action gives Cat the chance to pick up the Super Spirit Detergent from the laundry, which can be exchanged for Electric Cable with Azooz.
