Transceiver is one of the Items found in Stray. It's broken, which is why Momo can't reconnect with his friends Clementine and Zbaltazar who have gone to the Upper Level. In one of the Notebooks, an equation is written that helps Momo fix the Transceiver, after which Momo gives it to the cat and sends him to install it on the Rooftops.
