Momo and the cat in front of Momo's TV (from the Stray Xbox trailer)
TV channels can be viewed on the TV, which is located on a table near the Library in the Slums. They broadcast from the Midtown and can be watched in the Slums, but in poor quality.
To get a Télé à chat achievement, you need to watch all the TV channels by switching them using the remote control on the couch in front of the TV.
Jail commercial[]
Frame 2: CRIME Frame 8: JOIN NOW JAIL 07706 - 56680 - 15 QR: https://eqrcode.co/a/DMZqoi
It is a commercial to attract new employees to work in Jail. It reads “Join now” which does not make sense for other Companions because only Peacemakers and Sentinels can work in there. However, it's likely hinting Peacemakers are actually Companions that modified to do their work, or basically there are other Peacemakers in Midtown who looking for a suitable job.
The Companion in this commercial looks like Capone but there is no confirmation that it is him.
News[]
BREAKING NEWS CRITICAL BUG FOUND IN LATEST VERSION
News on the Ftv Channel – «CRITICAL BUG FOUND IN LATEST VERSION». We don't know exactly what they're talking about and who is the Companion in the left bottom corner.
The background looks like the screen with the picture of the Outside.
Weather report[]
Frames 1-2: WEATHER TUESDAY ACID RAIN Frame 3: WEATHER MONDAY Frame 4: METEO BONNE JOURNEE (en: WEATHER REPORT; HAVE A GOOD DAY)

Acid rain area sign
According to this weather forecast, the game takes place on Monday. Most likely, the promised acid rain cannot occur in the city because there are no clouds and we do not see rain in the game. There is an "acid rain area" Sign in game files written with droid letters, but it is not known whether this sign is made for decoration or it really means acid rain area.
The moon sign in the report is probably means clear weather. The weather is really clear in the Slums and Mito says, “I love the weather right now” so everything matches with it.
There is also a small view of the Outside in those frames: one single road to the Walled City 99 and a desert land. Most likely, the surface was deserted when the city was built, but then the soil recovered and grass and trees grew on it. An antenna at the top of the elevator that leads out of the Midtown is also visible, but the location and appearance of it differs from the same antennas shown in the game.
Quiz show[]
Frames 1-5: AU BORD DE QUELLE MER SE TROUVE YALTA? (en: ON WHICH SEA IS YALTA?) LA MER NOIRE (en: THE BLACK SEE) LA MER MICHEL (en: THE SEA OF MICHEL) Frames 1-6, names: JULIEN PIERRE
This show is a reference to this fragment of the French "Questions pour un champion" quiz show, where the participant answers "la mer Noire" to each question. Julien is the showrunner's name.
"La mère Michel" is a reference to a French children's song about a lost cat.
The question of this quiz reads "On which sea is Yalta?" which means Companions know something about human geography, and this knowledge is probably quite old, because due to rising sea levels Yalta could have been flooded a long before the game events.
