Stuplachee is a Companion in Stray who can be found drunk and asleep in the back room of the bar in Midtown, after the Cat has met Clementine.
Stuplachee is the wayward co-worker of Oskoor, tasked with restocking Hator's hat-shop in Midtown. He can bring a cat in a box to the shop to steal Worker Hat.
Memuth and Tonin, who were sitting in the bar, said about him: "Drink responsibly, little one. Not like this guy in the backroom. What a pity." and "The guy in the back is absolutely well lubed, if you know what I mean! Only a big crash on the head could wake him up." After that, the cat must drop oil bottles on Stuplachee to wake him up.
