Seamus' Apartment is a location in the slums in Stray, which you are directed to by Momo after contacting the Upper Level.
Before entering, Momo provides Doc's Notebook to show to Seamus, to convince him to help.
The apartment cannot initially be accessed through the door, and must be reached through a vent that Momo will open for the Cat.
Once inside, there is a puzzle required to enter Doc's laboratory. Interacting with pictures on the walls will cause them to fall, exposing a keypad, and a message that B-12 translates as "Time will tell".
There are also four stopped 16-hour Clocks on the wall, two round and two square. The minute hands are all pointing directly upwards, and the hour hands can be read in order to give the digicode for the keypad of the Doc Secret Laboratory door.

- If the player completes Chapter 6 but instead of going straight to Chapter 7, goes back to Seamus's flat, a glitched floating cloak and leg willbe visible outside: STRAY - What is this CREEPY Glitch??? - YouTube. These items of clothing belong to Humar, who walks on a loop around the Slums and passes Seamus’ flat several times.
