The Rooftops is a location in the Dead City in Stray, which comprises the entirety of Chapter 5: Rooftops. It contains the tallest building in the lower city, upon which is a communications antenna. At the top of that tower, Cat must use the transceiver to power the antenna and then use the neaby Bucket-Zip-Line to return to the Slums.

The area is reached from the rear window of Momo's Apartment, the tallest building in the SafeZone.

Plot and/or Ending Details Follow
Physical description: Once the player opens the city, it can be seen clearly from the Control Room. The tower is an L shaped building on the far left side on the Lower Level of the city. It stands in an area infested by zurk and is covered in massive sheets of zurk material. There is unfinished construction all around.

• Rooftops are designed by Mathieu Audrain (most of the level design), Kime Honma (some custom roofs, building generation and placement, architectural assets conception for the end of level tower, a few smaller custom assets creation, Vertex painting, Set dressing, Collisions, Lighting), Viv (Lighting) and Clara Perrissol (additional art help).
• Some players mistakenly thought that someone was living in one of the buildings on the Rooftops, noticing the light in the window. In fact, this is not a light turned on inside of it, but a reflection from the signs located in front of this building.
