Raf is one of the Companions found in the game Stray, found in the private booth over the dance floor of the Nightclub in Midtown talking with Blazer. He cooperates with the Sentinels and is well-off. He may have been the one that paid off Blazer for information about the stolen Atomic Battery, leading to the cat and Clementine to get arrested.
