The Outsider Badge is one of the Badges in the game Stray. This is a white badge with a blue Outsiders logo.
This is the only badge in the game that you don't need to solve riddles or complete quests to get - Seamus gives it to the Cat at the beginning of Chapter 7: Dead End so that his father Doc can tell that he sent Cat to him.
