The Mysterious Message is one of the Items found in Stray. It is left by Clementine in her Midtown apartment, and can be found on her clues board after the theft of the Atomic Battery.

B-12 reads this message:

"For B-12 and the cat:
The answer lies in my stuff.
Clementine"
And then there's weird symbols.

This coded message was left to us by Clementine.

After that, the cat needs to find four items, each of which contains a part of the message. They can be found in any order.

Big crystal	In a tent on a cabinet in the same room	This gem is of medium value and low purity. The glow seems to have been added artificially. Maybe it acts as a beacon for us to find something useful?	Bingo! There is a message. It says "___ ____ Blazer, ____ __ _________.".
A mannequin with a traffic cone on its head	In the bathroom	Huh? What an odd thing to have in an apartment. Is this the way the Companions here see humans? It's kind of funny.	Look! Something's been left here. It says "___ ____ ______, come to _________."
Lava lamp	On a shelf in the kitchen	I have no idea what this is, but its glow is kind of mesmerizing.	Sorry I was... elsewhere. I didn't even notice this message here. It reads "___ ____ ______, ____ __ Nightclub."

After finding the last item, B-12 will say: ""I'm with Blazer, come to Nightclub." That's it! Well done Lieutenant Cat! Now let's go find her. We don't have much time."

There are other items in the apartment that can be examined, but nothing is hidden near them. After looking at them, B-12 can say: "You found something?", "Hmm, I don't see anything. Are you sure?", "No clue here.", "Nope, that's just regular furniture." or "There is nothing here."

Trivia

• It actually reads "FOR BIZ ET THE CAT..." on this message in droid letters.
• Clementine mentions that she doesn't know Blazer's name. This means that either she managed to get to know him while the cat was at the factory, or that this message was written by Blazer.
• The lava lamp has the same texture as it appears on some companion screens, for example, if the cat nuzzles them.
• When the cat first comes to the apartment, there is no incense burner on the table, and the lava lamp is turned off.
