Jess' Library is a location in the Slums in Stray, which seems to be an apartment repurposed as a library.
As might be expected of a library, there are a large number of Books. All fourteen of the generic book titles can be found there, as well as some unique ones.
At far corner from the entrance is Jess the librarian's bedroom, containing a note from Jess to Doc and the Keys to a safe. The safe itself is found in an aisle in the middle of the library, hidden behind some stacks of books. Jumping onto them causes them to collapse, exposing the safe behind them.
The safe contains the unique book and Inventory item, Doc's Notebook.
Another unique but non-interactable book can be found in the front window of the library: the Gravity book, a Gravity Falls reference.
Near the window is an area surrounded on three sides with bookshelves, containing the body of Companion, probably Jess. The body is holding the unique non-interactable Book: Volume 42.
There is also a piano in that same area, on which you can find Music Sheets #7.
