The Lever Handle is an Inventory item found in Stray.
It can be obtained from Fripp by trading the Strange Drink.
It is used in the pedestal of the holographic dancer, which in turn allows access to the upper levels and the VIP room of the Nightclub, where Clementine and Blazer can be found.
