These Keys are found in Chapter 3: The Flat and are used to open the door out of the flat.
Since obtaining the keys requires B-12, this is a gating mechanism to ensure the player has met him before leaving. Obtaining the keys also provides a tutorial on using B-12 to pick up items; and using them provides a tutorial on using items from the inventory.
