Jameston is a Companion in Stray who can be found sitting outside the Doctor's office (Surgery 7/7) behind the Nightclub of Midtown, once the Nightclub opens.
It's not a head on their lap who's talking, because there is no talking animation on it and because the "Talk to Jameston" icon is on the sitting companion, not on the head.
