Jacket is one of the Items found in Stray. This is part of the uniform of the workers of the Neco Corporation factory.
The cat steals the Jacket to give it to Blazer and go inside the factory, where only workers can go. To do this, he steals it from the Clothing store, by turning on the Cassette Tape for Ozi and waiting until he leaves. You can try to steal it before that, but then Ozi will catch the cat red-handed and will not let him steal it.
After stealing the Jacket, Ozi will not understand where it has gone, even if you show it to him, and he will turn to Peacemaker 4554, but the investigation will not yield results.
