The "TOHIMA BR-2000" Fixed Tracker is an item in Stray that can be acquired from Elliot at Elliot Programming. Cat must give him a Poncho in exchange for the repair of the Broken Tracker.

The Broken Tracker can be found at Seamus' apartment in Chapter 6: The Slums - Part 2 behind a secret door, where Doc hid his Laboratory — even from his own son.

This device was originally used by Doc to track his son Seamus, but also makes it possible for Seamus to tell whether his father is alive, and to locate him, as Doc went missing in the Dead City during one of his experiments.
