Elliot Programming is a location in the Slums in Stray.
This is a two-storey apartment, on the ground floor there is Nestor's place near the door and a small kitchen, and on the second floor there is Elliot's workplace, his sleeping place and access to the street through the window for the Cat.
One can find a text written by Momo on the wall:
We were programmed to be slaves, but since 2544875556 days we have a soul. Hope one day the outsiders will find the exit of this hell.

Cat can find one of the Music Sheets pinned to a large robot portrait. Upstairs, B-12 can scan another memory when finding some potted plants.
