Doc's Secret Laboratory is a hidden room located in Seamus and Doc's apartment in The Slums.
Cat will discover this location in Chapter 6: The Slums - Part 2. In this laboratory the Doctor was running his studies Zurks and created the Defluxor. It turns out, that Seamus only finds out about this place when he receives Doc's Notebook from Cat.
No one has entered the laboratory for many years, it is covered with dust and cobwebs. In it you can find Doc's equipment, push-off-shelves boxes, diagrams, information about Zurks and Books. There is a newspaper on the table: "Robots News headlines: Zurk are officially no longer under control, they now eat metal!" and some addictional information:
Defluxor blueprint:
-Concept: Light based handgun
-Low priority: visual appearance / size / decibel emitted

-Objective: 20 Zurk destroyed per second
Observations:

Access Code Puzzle[]
To solve the puzzle, in the right-back corner of the flat step onto a desk. Knock down a picture of Seamus and Doc, to unveil the hint: Time will tell
On the very other end of the desk, a picture of unknown robot is placed. Knock it down to unveil the DigiCode panel.
The code itself is hidden in the 4 stopped clocks hanging on the walls. Numbers pointed by minutes indicator written from left to right makes the Lab access code: 2511.
