After weeks of research I've combined a spectrometer with a powerful UV lamp. With this, we should be capable of warding off the Zurks on our way out.

If it is the last of the three "lost" notebooks to be found, it will also contain a note about the Transceiver.
This notebook is also used in Chapter 6: The Slums - Part 2 to convince Seamus to help, as it contains information about Doc's Laboratory.
