A Camera in Stray
Cameras are located in various spots throughout the levels of Stray.
Dead City[]

Cameras will follow you and nod if you meow at them in Chapter 2: Dead City and Chapter 3: The Flat, controlled by B-12 from the network. After you give him a drone body, he stops controlling the cameras, and they turn off.
In the following chapters, all cameras in the Dead City will be turned off, not counting the camera at the entrance to The SafeZone. Most likely, it is controlled from the Slums, and will not nod if you meow at it.
Midtown[]
In Chapter 10: Midtown, three cameras are installed in the Apartment Complex by the Sentinels to watch over Simon, Jeanma and Miko. Simon gives the cat a cassette tape for breaking the cameras for them.
Some cameras are installed in the Neco Corporation factory, but seems like they're turned off too.
The Peacemakers are having CCTV cameras instead of a head, and they are black, although the usual cameras in the game are white.
Jail and Control Room[]

There are cameras in the Jail, but they are all turned off, and the prison is controlled by the Sentinels so cameras are not needed there. The cameras in the Control Room are also turned off but they turn on during Intrusion Alert. You still can't interact with them there.
