B-12 Flat is a flat in the Dead City where the Cat meets B-12.
The Cat enters the apartment through the window, but the apartment also has an entrance/exit through a separate door. The apartment has two large rooms: one with a bed, a small workplace, a diploma of a Scientist and a ruined bathroom in the corner of the room. The second room contains a small kitchen and another workplace, a cabinet with a Radio on it and a large monitor through which B-12 managed to communicate with the Cat. The apartment has an iron door that leads to a laboratory with a lot of equipment, where there is a puzzle with electrical boxes for opening another secret door: a pantry with a Sarcophagus and the robot body, as well as a box with the B-12 drone on the shelf.
There are Cameras in the apartment, controlled by B-12, they can nod at the Cat and turn off as soon as he finds the body for B-12.
A Scientist originally lived in this apartment - he had a family in the city, but it looks like he lived here alone. After the extinction of Humans, it seems that a certain Companion lived in the apartment, because throughout the apartment you can find ads and computers with the droid letters, as well as many packages of oil. At that time, B-12 still was in The Network.
